Ok, I'm back!
Our school did close, and I subbed for a while hoping to get a job, but it didn't pan out. I can make just as much $ on unemployment, so that is what I'm doing for the time being. I lost about 8 pounds since I last checked in. I have been trying to walk nightly with my husband and I am also trying to fit in workouts with Richard Simmons. I have not been very faithful, but 8 pounds in 2 months is better than gaining! I will start posting my food diaries tomorrow.

This has not been a good week! First we had news our school would close its doors, now there is a chance it may stay open! I lost 1 pound. I worked out 3 times. I will do better this week.

Today was a little better! I started off the day with a 40 min. bike ride. I was back home by 7:40! Tomorrow I'm going for an hour.
Breakfast:
1 Cup dry cereal = 110 cals
1 cup raspberries
Lunch:
1 sandwich consisting of olive loaf, 2 slices of bread and one tbs Miracle Whip Light
Diet Coke
2 cookies
Dinner:
Sandwich (same as above, hubby is playing golf!)
diet Coke
2 cookies
about 12 potato chips
Not the best, but better than yesterday!
Activity: 40 min. bike ride!

Ok!
This was NOT a good day for dieting!
We found out today that the school I work at will probably close. This has affected my diet plan for the day.
Breakfast: 1 Sausage McMuffin with no egg
2 hashbrowns
1 med. Diet Coke
Lunch: 1 Bacon Cheese burger @ the bar
1 very large order of fries!
1 very large diet coke!
Dinner: 3 oz. chicken breast
1 Cup cooked rice
1 can diet coke
Activity: NONE, but I did drink lots of water!
Tomorrow is another day, I will do better! Next weigh-in day for me will be Tuesday July 30!
